Airlines wishing to begin service at FLL should contact the Business Division at 954-359-6974. Pursuant to Chapter 39, Rates, Fees, and Charges (PDF) of the Broward County Administrative Code, all airlines whose operations exceed one flight per week for three consecutive months must enter into a Field Usage Agreement (FUA).

The FUA is required to be fully executed by the airline and the Aviation Department no later than 90-days after the first flight commences.

Companies that want to provide services to the airlines serving FLL are required to first obtain a Terminal Services Permit (TSP). Please contact the Business Division at 954-359-6974 for more information about how to obtain a TSP.
