Taxi cabs are available on demand around the clock at the Airport. Please check in at the Taxi Podium located outside the baggage area on the lower level at the curb of each terminal.
Taxi cabs may accept up to five people for the fare stated on the taxi's meters. |
Some taxi cabs accept credit cards. If you prefer to pay for a taxi cab with a credit card, make sure you tell this to the dispatcher at the Transportation Podium. They will request a cab that is equipped with a credit card acceptance machine.

Transportation Choices Chart
The Transportation Choices Chart (PDF) compares the estimated fares for 65 specific locations in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties for taxi cabs, shared rides, or luxury sedans. The fares are separated into colored-coded map zones to estimate a fare within that zone for other destinations not listed. It also offers information about the Tri-Rail commuter trains and Broward County Transit buses. The Charts are posted on the Transportation Podiums and on the walls near the terminal exits in the baggage claim areas.

Travelers With Small Children
The Airport and transportation providers are unable to provide child safety seats of any type. |
