The Home Care for the Elderly Program (HCE) is funded by the Florida State Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA) and the Broward County Board of County Commissioners.

This program provides case management, case aide, homemaker, personal care, in-home respite care medical supplies and a basic subsidy stipend to care givers.

Eligibility qualification criteria for the services provided by this program are determined by factors such as age and availability.
