The Medicaid Waiver Programs receive funding from the Florida State Department of Children and Families (DCF) and Florida State Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA).
 
Assisted Living for the Elderly Waiver Program

The Assisted Living for the Elderly Waiver Program (ALE) provides case management, attendant alert call system, attendant care, basic subsidy stipend to care givers, behavior management, chore, companionship, homemaker, in-facility respite care, medical supplies, medication management, nursing, occupational therapy, personal care, physical therapy, recreational activities, specialized medical equipment and supplies and speech therapy.
 
Medicaid Waiver Program

The Medicaid Waiver Program (Medwaiver) provides case management, case aide, adult day health care, caregiver support training, chore, companion, medical supplies, counseling, emergency alert response system, services.

Eligibility criteria for the services provided by this program are determined by factors such as age and availability.
