Working at parks can be fun and rewarding. Whether the job involves operating behind the scenes or dealing directly with the public, a successful parks and recreation agency requires a broad range of job classifications. We are a part of Broward County Government, and most job applications and resumes must be submitted through the Broward County Human Resources Website. Exceptions are lifeguards, positions at the Markham Park Target Range, and seasonal positions; applications for those openings are submitted directly to the park where there is a vacancy.
