However, you may search by address to find out who owns a property on the Broward County Property Appraiser's Web site or by contacting the Property Appraiser’s Office at 954-357-6830. Note: The Property Appraiser’s Office cannot answer questions about the recording process and associated fees and doc stamps, those matters are handled exclusively by the Records, Taxes and Treasury Division’s Recording Section.
