Broward County Parks and Recreation offers after-school and summer programs at the unincorporated neighborhood parks.  There are also activities, programs, and summer camps listed for children with special needs on the Special Populations web page.

After-School And Summer Recreation Programs
At Unincorporated Neighborhood Parks
For Ages 6-17 
After- School -- Mondays-Fridays • 2 to 6 p.m.
Activities include –
 Youth Sports • Arts and Crafts
Time for Homework • Game Room Activities
Field Trips • Exercise •
Basketball Skills • Fishing •
Computer Access...and more!

Summer Recreation -- Mondays-Fridays • 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The summer recreation program is offered at the same unincorporated neighborhood parks and includes a free lunch. Registration is limited and starts in March of each year.

 Staff training for the summer includes ball games.  Recreation staff show summer staff how things are done.
